Sprout Party: questions and answers
The questions people ask most, answered in a line or two.
- Do I need to download anything?
- No. The game runs right in your browser, on a computer or a phone.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Pick a name and play.
- Does it work on a phone?
- Yes. On a phone you play with an on-screen joystick and buttons; on a computer, with the keyboard and mouse.
- How do I play with friends?
- Open a private room and send its code or link to whoever you want to invite. Up to 8 players fit, and bots fill any empty seats.
- Can I play alone?
- Yes. Pick “Play solo” and face bots at three difficulty levels, or use “Quick play” to play with other people.
- What are the bots?
- Computer-controlled players. They follow the same rules and use the same mechanics you do, and they never see anything you can't. If someone leaves mid-match, a bot takes their seat until they're back.
- Is it free? Can you pay to win?
- It's free. There's nothing to buy that gives an advantage: everyone plays on equal terms.
- Are there ads?
- Some screens outside a match may show ads, but never while you play.
- Is there a chat? Is it safe?
- There's a text chat with a profanity filter, and you can turn it off at any time.
- Which languages?
- English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Chinese.
- I found a problem. How do I report it?
- Write to support@stefanolabs.com.
